Select a CDR cluster to find CDRs and structures in the PDB.

Cluster with * are new CDR lengths or cis/trans conformations of existing lengths that have not yet been clustered. Reclustering of existing lengths and clustering of new lengths will occur by the Antibody Team every few months once enough new data is available from the PDB.
