All Pfams and ligands in the Protein Data Bank (PDB) are listed. Pfams are Pfam in the PDB. Pfam-Pfams are Pfam-Pfam pairs in PDB structures. Peptide-Pfams is the list of Pfams which bind with at least one peptide. Ligands are all molecules except polypeptides and water, but including DNA/RNA. You can use the links to find list of PDB structures in a Pfam, a Pfam-Pfam pair, a peptide binding Pfam and a ligand.
