Column description for a cluster summary table

Column Annotation
+/- Show/Hide the list of assemblies in a cluster. Click "[+]" to show the table of assemblies in a cluster. Click [-] to hide the table of assemblies.
ClusterID The integer number for a cluster
Symmetry The symmetry of an assembly, e.g. C1 (asymmetric), Cn (cyclic symmetry, n>=2), Dn (dihedral symmetry)
Stoichiometry The stoichiometry of an assembly, e.g. A (monomer), A4 (homo tetramer), AB (hetero dimer), A3B3 (hetero hexamer)
#CF The number of distinct crystal forms (CFs) in a cluster. R_CF (#CFs / #Crystal-Forms(Arch)) is given in the parentheses. #Crystal-Forms (Arch) is given in the caption of the gridview table.
#UNP The number of UniProts in a cluster. R_UNP (#UNP / #UNP(Arch)) is given in the parentheses. #UNP(Arch) is given in the caption of the gridview table.
#Entries The number of entries in a cluster. R_ENT (#Entries / #PDB(Arch)) is given in the parentheses. #PDB(Arch) is given in the caption of the gridview table.
#CFs_UNParch The number of crystal forms of these same cluster UniProts in a Pfam architecture
#CFs_UNPclus The number of crystal forms of UniProts in a cluster. R_CF_UNPclus (#CFs_UNPclus / #CFs_UNParch) is given in the parentheses.
#PDBBA The number of entries that have any PDB bioligcal assemblies in a cluster. R_PDB (#PDBBA / #Entries) is given in the parentheses.
#EPPICBA The number of entries that have EPPIC bioligcal assemblies (marked as "bio" in EPPIC) in a cluster. R_EPPIC (#EPPICBA / #Entries) is given in the parentheses.
#PISABA The number of entries that have PISA biological assemblies (PQS set = 1) in a cluster. R_PISA (#PISABA / #Entries) is given in the parentheses.
Seq_Identity The minimum sequence identity of sequences in a cluster
image The image of the representative assembly (first assembly in the best resolution) in a cluster. "Mouse over" to show larger image, "Mouse click" to view the assembly in NGL viewer.

PDBBAID The biological assemblies that are same as this assembly
PISABAID The PISA biological assembly that is same as this assembly
IsEppicBio Whether this assembly is marked as "bio" in EPPIC
(EntityID)n The component of PDB entity IDs with copy numbers
(AsymID)n The component of asymmetric chain IDs with copy numbers
