Enter two PFAM IDs (e.g., IMPDH, CBS) or PFAM accession codes (e.g., PF00478, PF00571) to find all PDB entries containing the PFAM pair. Since not all PFAM pair are in the PDB, we recommend that you use the Browse function to find out if the PFAM-PFAM interaction is in the PDB or not.
